Episode 88-Oh OC!

talked to oc on wed. he asked me abt my 42 daes of rmj and if i reali wanted an ooc[out of course]. he quite nice lah. din reali forced me to continue as expected. somemore he allowed me to take leave 2dae for ah gong's bdae dinner and skip ndp preview. hehe.

haiz. sort of comfirmed ooc liao. now waiting for the official ooc status to come. maybe on mon bah. juz 5 more weeks to go b4 getting our sergeant rank. many pple told me its quite stupig and wasted to ooc now.

been thinking abt it for v long liao. i shld haf ooc long ago back in sispec due to my chickpox. and somemore i skipped so much training now. don reali deserve the rank lah. lol.

went shopping wif gab the whole noon and now my knee hurts sia. sometimes the right one oso feels kinda farnie. haiz. i oso donoe wads hapening lah. going for physio next wed. see how bah~

Episode 87-42 Days Later

went to mo on mon for my knee again. aparentli it got worse and he refered me to a specialist. so i went down to alexandra hospital on tues.

at 1st he pressed here pressed there and suspect could be juz a bad muscle strain but still sent me for an xray. aparently the left joint sort of got 'dislocated'. the lower bone was pulled to one side due to unbalanced tigh muscles, pressing down hard on my knee cap, thus resulting in the sharp pain.

according to him, i need to go for regular physio as taking medicine wont reali help but can onli ease the pain. my next appointment is in end of aug so he gaf me 6 weeks of excuse running/marching/jumping!=42 days! woohoo~

had review wif mo on thurs. he wrote me an ooc letter and i passed to oc liao. donoe what will hapen next. i shld be talking to oc soon about my condition bah. hope my wish will come true...

oya. got my bro a 1gb menory card for his camera hp. 2moro switching hps wif him den can go take lots of pics from ndp. muahahaha

Episode 86-那年夏天宁静的海

juz came back from ndp rehearsal 2. its for all the pri 5 students as part of national education one. did the same old job of flying my jellyfish again. luckili nth much went wrong. the fireworks were amazing. it was bigger and lasted longer than last week's. somemore i heard its onli 50% of the actual dae's. cant wait for 9th aug sia.

i am eligible for hp upgrade liao. considering sony ericsson's cybershot range. den can bring to ndp rehearsals and take many many pics of fireworks and everyth there. v long nvr play wif camera phone liao hand itchy sia. but sad cant bring to camp...

and i oso want to get a mp3! surprisingly my camp allows charger and mp3s. think i getting the cheapo $69 creative stone plus. looks cool and not too ex to bring to camp oso. maybe getting 2moro oso bah. paydae juz came so can afford to shop liao mah. hehe.


oya. next week muz go buy 南拳媽媽's 4th album 藏寶圖! think will be broke soon again bah. tsk tsk tsk.

i missed the council meeting this evening! so sad~ v long nvr see sc pple liao. donoe how they have been doing now. donoe noe when will be the next outing and whether i will haf time or not. haiz~

hmm. been training in kallang basin/marina area past week. learnt how to operate motor boats. quite fun lah. somemore got nice scenery and pple kayaking ard. think quite rare for army trainings to be held in such urban and not jungle-ish places bah.

still don reali noe what to do with my knee problem. sometimes realli feel like giving up the course but the things we learn quite interesting and unqiue unlike other units do all the usual infantry stuffs. confused sia. and every time bookout haf 1 whole sat burnt for ndp oso not much time or energy left to think about it.

yawn. another sat gone. 0730-2230. whole dae busy wif ndp sia. 4 more weeks to go!

Episode 85-Jelly-fishing

damn tiring sia. we waited the whole dae juz for that short 7min of fame during the ndp show. jelly-fishing is not as simple task man. it was damn windy and u haf to be careful not to fall in2 the sea while standing on the moving boat. my arms were still sore now lah.

nevertheless, it was a very fun experience. 1st time performing for ndp sia. damn stressful. especially u noe u haf 27 000 pairs of eyes looking at u. and i was so scared that i would fall in2 the sea or my pet jellyfish would fly away lah. lol!

THE FIREWORKS WERE AMAZING! we were rite next to the firing point and the fireworks juz went off rite above us! i was so tired and amazed that i din realise that my plug for the light came off and my jellyfish got turned off.

DAMN MALU LAH! it was so damn obvious that one jellyfish sudenli blacked out and lit up again. luckili its onli a rehearsal. if its the preview or actual parade donoe how mani millions of pple will spot it lah. hope next week will be better

7 more weeks to go. 7 more weeks of the show and fireworks! next time i will bring camera and take some nice pics and post here. haf to book in liao. sianz~

Episode 84-Chuan Goes NDP!

don talk abt my new unit 1st. but we r going down to ndp 2007!

not to do sai kang but take part in the actual performance! not parade but the main show!

and somemore ours is the water segment. our item will take place on water and this is the 1st time ndp show involves the sea sia. donoe if u all had seen the 'jellyfishes' segment featured on newspaper and tv few daes back. basically they are flown like kites on the sea during the nite part. and each of us will haf 1 pet 'jellyfish' to 'fly'. lol~

the best part is that we get the best view of the fireworks. on water! free somemore!

2moro is our 1st time there and will probably burnt the whole dae and future sats till ndp over bah. haiz. but shld be v fun bah. oya. 2moro will be full parade and show rehearsal so got fireworks. can go take a look if u guys r free.

wait till i come back 2moro nite den i talk more abt my new unit bah. nitez~
