this sux. i will onli be booking out 2 weeks later. gona be confined next week for the stupig field camp. argh~

going to shop for new yr clothes wif gab later. den having dinner with sis3. too bad momo and zh had to book in earli 2dae.

and my blisters are gone! woohoo~

Episode 36-Kidult Chuan

sometimes i reali think i am a bit too kidish.

during the last book in on sun nite, i walked past the newstand and brought someth in to read. not fhm maxim or wadsoever magazine. but doraemon comic. haha!

and i read it during my free time in camp. so nice lah. it's my very 1st doraemon comic sia. can imagine some1 in army uni buying and reading doraemon and laughing to himself. my bunk pple muz be thinking that i am mad and kiddy.

somehw the book ends with the chapter of doraemon leaving nobita and going back to the future. it's damn touching sad lah. almost cried when reading that part 2dae. luckily no 1 see sia. or else they will tink i am reali weird. lol~

when booking out today, i suddenli had this craving for ice cream. i realised they have ben and jerry at white sands! and it's rite at the entrance, very near the place where we always drop off during book out. they noe we pple sure kana tempted one. smart sia.


i love ben and jerry! it's much much much better than the cheapo marigold red bean potong we get during lunch sometimes. and the scoopers there are young cute gals and not some old aunties. lol~

i think i shall buy some b4 booking in on sun nite. hehe~

Episode 35-Speechless...

the taxi ride home 2dae was scary. it was my 1st time calling a cab and i got this super talkative hokien driver explaining to me why i shld not be afraid of my sergents and how i can threaten them back. for the whole 15min journey, i donoe wad to sae but juz replied 'orh orh' and 'correct' in hokien everytime he asked 'correct or not' in hokien. lol~

and for some strange reason, we had fish and chips for lunch on wed. super hapi lah. i thought i wont get to see fries anymore on tekong sia. and they even had mushroom soup, baked beans,bun and mayo sauce.

thurs was a bad bad dae. i lost my voice after the 3km route march. i din reali shout very loud. my sore throat juz worsened and i couldnt speak liao. pple go army and get throat infection or lose their voice cos they shout too much. for me, cos i ate too much chips every nite bah. lol~

new recruits oso came in on thurs. we greeted them with 'welcome to tekong' and it was damn hilarious to see their reactions. donoe why but they all look super sotong and blur lah. and their hair arh, freaking long. muz be nvr cut for months trying to save $$$ sia.

caught gab with his company collecting their field packs on fri nite. he got whiskey company. shld be another welfare company like us bah. haha.

haven seen zhihao or momo yet. they oso nvr smsed me their companies. they muz be having the marching drills now bah. can see all the same hand same leg pple. it's reali very amusing to look at the blur blur freshmen lah. guess we looked as dumb one month ago bah. haha.

one month liao. 9 weeks of ns left for me. so far so gd lah. moving into the bmt phase now. more hoing. still can take it lah. at least we had lots of fun acting 'seniors' and singing songs like 'we are booking out 2dae' in front of the poor pple who had to kana confinement for 2 weeks. muahahahaha~

Episode 34-What A Discovery!

how come i can blog 2dae? cos i got a short 4 hrs bookout!

lol~ we went to discovery 2dae as part of national education aka propaganda session. ended at 1700 and we have free time all the way till 2100. shiok rite? muahahahaha~

went to ntuc and stocked up again on my yuppi gummies/chips more cookies/cup noodles blah blah blah.

heard that we will get an increase of $100 for our monthly allowance. and the next payout date is 10th jan. this means will get $450 on wed! woohoo~

k. gtg. next bookout hopefulli will be fri. after gabo/momo/zhihao they all book in and get confined for 2 weeks! lol~

Episode 33-Back From Camp!!!

no. there isnt anyth wrong with the date for this post. i bookout-ed on thurs, 2 daes after i bookin-ed on tues.

this is freaking dumb! the officers haf some gathering 2moro and haf to chase us home. they sae it's juz shifting the sat's weekend bookout 4ward. but actuali they are short changing our weekly bookout by 1 dae! 1 dae leh! 24hrs leh! wth~

damn. 2hrs have past. onli 22hrs left b4 next bookin. minus away sleeping time. kaoz. not much left sia. and after bookin in will haf to wait till next sat leh! super sianz...

Episode32-Back To Camp!

my field pack is going to burst soon. i brought too much clothes back to wash and now i have trouble stuffing them back. sianz~

the long bookout is going to be over and soon i will return to tekong. not exactly a bad thing lah. at least i wont feel so bored, staying at home everydae donoe wad to do oso.

donoe when will be the next bookout. i forgot whether is it thurs or sat liao. actuali i am looking forward more to paydae at the month of the month instead. lol~

Episode 31-Army Market Shopping

went down to army market at beach road for lunch and shopping with momo and gab after staying over at momo's house.

shopping at army market is damn fun lah. there is like soooo mani stalls and u can go ard comparing prices to find the cheapest bargain. and the stalls have like practically everyth u need for army lah. v cheap oso.

the 3 of us spent ard $100 in total sia. i got a set of shirt,singlets and shorts while they 2 got at least 2 sets of everyth as i have advised. ns onli gif u 2 sets and they expect them to dry in a dae or so lah. poor pple like me who had no extras had to resort to like wearing the same dirty singlet for 3 daes lah. sob sob~

anyway, we realised that our student ezlink pass expired todae. so we had to pay like adult fares for bus and mrt rides liao. but the gd thing is that i still pay the student fare of like 40cents while they pay like $1.80 for mrt ride from yishun to lavender! cos i nsf! woohoo~ i love ns sia! lol~

oya. reminder-remember to tap ur ezlink when u exit. cos now pay adult fare. if nvr tap den haf to pay full fare like what hapened to gabo. haha.

Episode 30-Happy New Year!

woohoo! it's 2007! went for countdown at esplanade last nite with gab, momo,sonia,welyon,qien and wenjie.

i went down at ard 2100+ to look for the sc pple. was suposed to be a sc outing but in the end onli like 5 turned up sia. lol~ actuali we got ourselves quite a gd seat one but it started drizzling and welyon they all decided that they should go hide in marina square 1st. den i went to meet up with momo and watched the 10pm pathetic short-lived fireworks on top of the ntuc building.

gab came at ard 10+ and we made a terrible choice to head towards citilink mall to meet up wif the sc pple. the underground pass is like choked lah. worst part is moving up/down the stairs and escalators. some poor people fell down and further jammed up the whole place lah. very dangerous sia.

we managed to get a good spot on the highway in front of fullerton. stood there for like 1 hr plus and caught the 11 and 1130 fireworks.

the 'countdown' was super lousy. well, actuali there wasnt any countdown at all. the stupig emcee said wad 'lets observe 1 min of silence and reflect on 2006 blah blah blah' and before u noe it, the 1st firework shot up into the sky and it was 2007 alreadi!

the fireworks were superb! it's like 8mins long and very very very nice! worth my 2 hrs of wait. too bad we were not close enough so couldnt reali see those on the water surface one.

after everyth ended, we walked to mohammad sultan area to take cab to momo's house. waited damn long oso. all the cabs were on call lah. it was onli later that we found out from the taxi driver that from 2007 onwards, there wont be anymore cab call charge. no wonder every1 call cab lah.

reached momo's house at ard 3+ i think. played ps and com b4 going to sleep at ard 4+ bah. damn tired. onli woke up todae at like 1130. lol~
