went down to simlim dis morn wif gab and chk ard the 'offers' there. din reali trust that place in the 1st place but since i had to go dwn to temple wif ah gong might as well chk it out. most shops offered the same price of ard $248 for the console and $300 for an extra game as a package. found out that some pricing may not haf included in the gst, so in the end it may actuali cost more than qouted. evil sia.
so we decided to head to amk hub. it cost $248 as well but i rather trust it than those rip-offs. got myself digimon world ds game@$52,a plastic cover and screen protector. in total burnt ard a freaking big $350 hole in my pocket sia. lol~
not bad lah. at 1st felt reali reali bad spenting so much but it seems worth my month's allowance after trying out the game. the dual screen and touch screen thingy reali adds a new dimension to the games.
most of the games r quite childish since the ds was marketed for a younger market compared to the psp. however, playing wif the stylus somehw looks cooler sia. and the graphics r pretty amazing. though the hardware isnt as gd as psp, i will sae that the ds wins in terms of games creativity and variety due to the new functions.
the end ver of the latest pokemon series pokemon diamond and pearl ds will be out in mid-april. think i shld be getting it bah. can use the wireless connectivity and wifi function to trade and battle wif other ds sia. shld be very interesting then.
for now. i guess i will haf to save and go budget for the rest of my block leave liao.
